User request to change

A user can easily ask for a change in the Net.purum limitation; each blocked page contains a wizard, which can be filled in to request a change. The administrator of Net.purum will be informed about this request, and he can use an application where it can be decided about each request.

Each request contains:

• Time of request
• Name of user group
• Detailed information about user
• URL addresses which were blocked
• User comments for his request

Users can make requests with two working reasons:

1. Request to unblock a concrete server address, only for the user who made the request
2. Request to allow a blocked category for all users from the current user group

If more users ask for a change (for example, a request for unblock Ordering category), then all request are skipped automatically when the first one is allowed.
